I must do a project for my diploma. The project consists in transforming
an application that now is working correctly to an eclipse plug-in. I
don't now, firstly, if it is possible to do a plug-in for eclipse in other
language. Second, i don't know what i must do for popularising my plug-in
once made (i mean, what to do for people kwnows that exists my plug-in).
I will be very pleased if someone could help me.

Well Eclipse is used for a few languages via other language plugins.
Like C\C++, python, perl. And maybe more. I am pertly sure that the
plugin has to Be in Java, SWT and a XML manifest file, called
plugin.xml. Some one else could correct me.
Here is a good reference..
