I have installed version 1.1.0.1 and trying to use the SWT Menus. I place
a MenuBar inside the shell, but then that is the only item I can add. I
try to add MenuItems, but no luck. Everything simply shows the no entry
mouse icon and does not add it.

Is there any documentation to cover how this is done?
