Hi,

The Elipse window-title seems to reflect the name of the currently opened
perspective + the name of the file open in the editor + "Eclipse Platform".

For example, "Plug-in Development - Foo.java - Eclipse Platform"

Anyone know how you can change that ? I'd particularly like to get at the
filename part.

Thanks for any help.

Cheers, Carl.

The title provided by the Eclipse IDE application cannot be changed.

If you are building an application and using eclipse as a rich client
platform (which we are working on for 3.0), then it will be possible to do.

Simon :-)
