JSP editor in WSWB or WSSD? [message #9912] Mon, 03 November 2003 18:16 Go to next message

I know that WebSphere Studio Site Developer has a JSP editor, VCT,
etc. However I recently got a request from a friend in academe

but I don't believe they even have enough budget for WSSD. So I'm
wondering: is there a JSP editor in WebSphere Studio Workbench (i.e.
the freeware)?

If anyone knows if this functionality is planned for this project, I'd
also like to know that. (My impression is that this project is not
even that far along, planning-wise, but I'd like to be wrong.)

Feel free to reply directly to me, as well as to the list.

There is a $29 USD/year webapp plugin at http://www.myeclipseide.com
It does a lot more than just JSP, but I bought my subscription almost
exclusively based on the JSP editor. I'd recommend it, especially since
they have a free trial version.

I don't think this project officially exists yet until a formal
announcement is made.
