hi,
i am a new learner of eclipse in linux. After install the cdt plugin in
eclipse.
I found in the menu "file->new->project", there is no choice to create a
c/c++ project.
but when i look for the plugins in the platform, there are a lot of
plugins about cdt.
I'm using Eclipse 2.1.2 and CDT 1.2.1(gtk)
Best regards,
micro

Hi
I just fixed the same problem at my installation. My problem was that I
only installed the cdt-plattform at the beginning. That plugin required
the cdt-make and cdt managed-builder after installing that the items
to create a new project are available. That two features are on the same
place available where you download the cdt-plugin.
Best regards
Stefan
PS: For all users. Sometimes it is easier to write down the right answer
as to say use google, see the FAQ and read the documentation.
