my issue is: I want to change my text file encoding from let's say
Cp1252 to UTF-8. If I change it in 'Window->Preferences->Editors' the
apperance changes, but the text files themselves are not translated. So
german umlaute for example do not show correctly anymore. How do I
translate a whole directory with *.java files?
