Add bookmark disabled? [message #103697]

Hi all,

When Edit->Add bookmark gets disabled? I'm investigating some source code
and need to put some bookmarks but it doesn't allow me to set bookmark at
certain places. All files are from project in current workspace.
I'm with 3.0M3.

Further info - it becomes disabled if I open file via "Open Declaration"
command from context menu. Next if I browse to file from Navigator and click
on it, it opens again! Is this OK? For me this is a bit strange bhaviour.
