Ftp/WebDav miss in update site ?! [message #101223]

Hi,
I try to download the FTP/WebDav supported plugins for Eclipse 2.1 through
Update Manager. But I couldnt find it from the update list. I know I can
do it by manually downloading it from Eclipse download site. I just
wondering is it possible to put the package to the update site or I miss
something here.
