Composite feature problem [message #8909] Wed, 23 April 2003 23:37 Go to next message

I'm trying to build a composite feature but when it gets installed
it complains that is can't find a plugin which was install at
the same time (included in the referenced feature).
This is actually from the CDT project, in particular the base
feature org.eclipse.cdt-feature and win32 feature (composite)
org.eclipse.cdt.win32-feature. We've looked at the platform
and platform.win32 feature as an example and they look the same....

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks
Dave.

Well, it turns out that a feature that includes another (composite) can not require
it as well (thought it would appear the the platform feature does just this....)

Could someone confirm that this is correct behavior so that I can submit a bug?

Thanks
Dave.
