What is your Ant build doing?
Please take a look at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=24448
for discussion and workarounds.
Have you increased the memory available to Eclipse? Use something like
"-vmArgs -Xmx450M -Xms450M"
