No C++ Project menu [message #92176] Tue, 20 January 2004 20:14 Go to next message

Hi folks

I've installed Eclipse on my Linux workstation, along with CDT. However,
when I try to create a new project, I don't get the C/C++ option. All I
get are options to create Java projects. The C/C++ perspective and editor
are available, just can't create a corresponding project.

The software details are:

Eclipse
Version: 2.1.2
Build id: 200311030802

CDT
version 1.2.0

Any suggestions?

Ralph

It sounds like you forgot to install one or both builder packages.

Hi Sean

Thanks - I checked it out and you were correct. I have rectified the
situation and am up and running.

Thanks again
Ralph
