Preferences > Java > Editor (some settings there)
Preferences > Java > Editor > Syntax Coloring (more settings there)

As I said on my initial post, I can only change
the editor colors, not the Java Perspective ones. :(

Could this be because I'm using WASD (eclipse 3.0)?

I remember that this used to be possible with eclipse 2.x

For clarification: a Perspective doesn't have colors - the Views in a
perspective do.

The views in Java Browsing use fonts and colors defined in your window
manager or OS, not in Eclipse itself.
