Just want to know if this is possible [message #80609] |

I have been looking into this for a couple of days now and I have talked
with a number of people and no one seems to know how this would be done,
but I can't determine if it is impossible.
I need to be able to add/alter/remove toolbar actions (buttons, menus) in
my java code. Doing it in the XML is not sufficient for what I need to do.
I have to be able to do it dynamically in the java code. So is it possible
in Eclipse to work with the main workbench toolbar in java? Is there some
sort of handle I can get and then work with the actions?
Thank you,
Greg

Hi Greg,
It is possible to contribute to the main workbench toolbar, see
the article below.
