As a member of the software engineering division you will be involved in
all cycles of
software development. A few key points to catch your interest:

- the platform is Eclipse,

You will be involved in the following:
- Development of functional and design specifications
- Participation in online discussion groups and forums
- Support of the Open Source community
- Development of components in Java, SWT, JFaces on Eclipse IDE
- Interaction with developers around the world

Job Requirements
Work is non-routine and complex, involves development of high quality
SOA tools based on
the Eclipse IDE environment. A minimum of seven years of software
engineering or
related experience required. A certain amount of devotion to Eclipse and
Open Source is a
big plus.
Requirements
B.S. in Computer Science with five or more years experience, or
M.S. in Computer Science with three or more years of experience.
5+ years Java programming experience.
1+ years Eclispe IDE SWT/JFaces experience.
1+ years knowledge of Eclipse eco-system, particularily EMF/GEF/WST
2+ years XML experience.
1+ years XSD experience (XML Schema)
1+ years Web servers/HTTP.
Knowledge of BPEL a big plus.
Open Source development a plus.
Good aesthetic sense (Design Patterns).
Strong initiative and motivation.
Communication and team work skills.
Excellent design skills.
Quality-focused coding techniques.
Willingness to do limited travel.
Desirable skills in tools development
