Hi

As it looks now, EPF doesn't really support to be used in a terminal
server environment, or does it?

If not, is it on the feature list?

Cheers,

Michel

It is not explicitly on the feature list today, but you could submit an
enhancement request in Bugzilla. Could you give us some insight on what
is required to support a terminal server environment?

Thanks.

For Terminal Server, each user must be able to start the same installed
instance of EPF. Currently, if you start EPF for a second time, you get an
error message.

Cheers,

Michel

You can work around this by using parameters for the epf launcher. The
launcher takes the same parameters as an eclipse launcher. If you use
the -data parameter and a unique folder for workspace information you
could run multiple instances of EPF Composer.

For example, each user could have a link on their desktop that has this
command:

\install-location\epf -data \my-home-folder\epfworkspace

Take a look at the parameters in epf.ini in the same folder as the epf
launcher. Any of these can be overridden.

Let me know if this gets you closer to a solution.

Thanks.
