Reason:
Plug-in org.eclipse.ui.externaltools was unable to load class

and then:
No tabs defined for launch configuration type Ant Build.
By looking into the externaltools.jar, there's no
org.eclipse.ui.externaltools.internal.ant package.
Any help is appreciated.
