Hi Daniel,

Not sure if this helps, foe me I couldn't get some things to build under
3.0.2 so I moved to 3.1 and had better success building
(though the test plugins still don't build for me)

Also note that the ODA plugin is now found here. (I copied info below)

------------------
To all developers that work with the BIRT source tree:
As part of the BIRT 2.0 project BPS30: ODA Framework Migration to DTP
(described in BPS project spec:
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/wiki/index.php?n=BPS.BPS30), BIRT has been
changed to adopt the DTP ODA run-time framework. The related source is
committed to CVS earlier tonight.
So to compile the latest BIRT source tree in your workspace, you will
need to get the DTP ODA source tree from the Eclipse CVS repository for
the Data Tools Platform (DTP):
Host: dev.eclipse.org
Repository path: /home/datatools
ODA folder:
HEAD/org.eclipse.datatools.connectivty/plugins/org.eclipse.d atatools.connectivity.oda/

-------------------------------

good luck to ya

Mike,
The instructions on that page should work for the 1.0.1 source.
Were you compiling the latest or version 1.0.1?
Thanks
