As RWT-widgets provide a subset implementation of SWT, we are restricted
to that API and there is no possibility to set a background image
directly to the toolbar or composite. However we are currently working
on an improvement of the situation by enhancement of the theming
mechanism.

Currently, only foreground and background colors can be changed for toolbars
and toolitems. We hope to extend this soon. Feel free to open a bug to
track changes.
