Cannot build PVCS projects [message #71469] Tue, 27 May 2003 03:53 Go to next message

Hi

I opened a project from PVCS. I then tried to create a run configuration for
a .exe file in that project but projects opened from PVCS does not show in
the project browser. If I delete the project (no delete) and creates a C
project, I can create a build configuration but then I can't check out /in
the sources. Any ideas anyone?

Win2000, Eclipse 2.1, CDT 1.1

After you checked out the project, try the "Convert to C/C++ Project"
Wizard. Maybe that will help, since it will create a .cdtproject file.

That did the trick. I did not even know that such a wizard existed. I had to
customize the C perspective to find the option. It is enabled from now on.

Thank you from
