Hi Jeff,
the news is information enough for me. Now, I know I am not completely
missing something, and I can work around it. Adding a menu using code is
quite easy and so, I can live with it. And the rest auf VE works like a
charm for me. I am currently porting some "widgets"/composites I have been
using in JSwing to SWT.
Thanks,
Oliver

Hi Oliver,
It's not an error per se. Support for doing Menus in SWT didn't make it
into VE 1.0.1. Hopefully this will be a high priority feature for VE 1.1.
You can add yourself to the CC list for this bug to be notified about
updates to menu support for SWT.

Sorry I don't have better news,
