Hi John,

Could you please be more specific on what exactly you refer to by
"navigation view"?
If you mean the Navigator or Project Explorer, they are in fact missing. In
the RCP world,
one cannot make assumptions that the org.eclipse.core.resources subsystem is
up and running.
While the RCP diagrams do (indirectly) require the resources subsystem (for
Transactions and OCL),
we try as hard as possible not to have any direct dependencies on it. In
particular, all diagrams are referenced with URIs
that are not directly associated with workspace resources.
