GridViewer - Paging [message #58410] Thu, 28 August 2008 09:01 Go to next message

Hello there.

Is there a possibility to use the GridViewer with a paging mechanism?
Beacuse we have got very large tables (100k records and more) where it's
impossible to load them at once.

So can there be something used like the LazyContentProvider?

thanks in advance

Peter

Peter,

Have you looked at the Nebula CompositeTable widget? Our users can generate
tables with (I kid you not) a billion rows of data for one file of thousands
in a single project. The only limitation I see with CompositeTable is the
number of columns.

Keep in touch with what you find. I'm busy implementing a job management
system using Nebula Grid. I'd be interested in look at Nebula Grid to handle
paging in October to handle our file/database dump needs.
