PRB with Example under Linux/GTK [message #57800]

I've got a problem with the logic example using Eclipse 2.0.2 (stable) and
GEF I20030121 under Linux/GTK2: I can't add new components from the palette
(but I can perfectly move around existing components on the editor - once
brought onto the editor via the 4bit-adder wizard).
Did I miss something or did I run into a bug?

Are you dragging and dropping the items from the palette?

Is it a difference between dragging and dropping an item from the palette
(which does not work) and dragging and dropping an item within the editor
(which works perfectly)?

Yes, inside the editor is a single SWT Canvas. We use mouse listeners to
drag the items. If we used native DND inside the editor, we would not be
able to control the Cursor.
