You know that pserver is not secure. Here is a plugin supporting the
connection to CVSNT via SSL (sserver):

Features

a.. Secure connection to CVSNT via SSL
b.. Can work without any certificates on the client side (default)
c.. Free (CPL license)

Benefit
Using the CVS SSL plugin Eclipse can connect to CVSNT over TCP/IP in a
secure way with minimum installation effort. New releases of CVSNT support
the sserver protocol out-of-the-box.
