Hello,
Is there a way to get Eclipse to show the shortcut keys in the help
popups? For example, leaving the mouse hovering over the "Step Over"
icon while in Debug perspective/view, would show a popup that not only
say "Step Over", but the hotkey for it (F6).

This newsgroup has been deprecated for some time.
The active newsgroups where this type of question(and your other two
questions) is relevant is eclipse.platform.
Even better log a feature request for your enhancement
