org.eclipse.cdt.internal.core.model.parser.{BinaryFileAdapto r,
BinaryContainerAdaptor}. Is this, perhaps, something to do with M4?

Hi Blake,
There are some changes to the Elcipse Framework for 2.1, whihc you are
seeing in M4.
This dialog is one that has changed radically. The CDT is not officially
supporting the 2.1 builds just yet. When we are we will update the
infomration on the website and all instructions.
I would suggest that you stick to Eclipse 2.0.2 until the CDT moves to 2.1.
As you can see there are many potential problems since the APIs have changed
and some methods are no longer supported etc.
