where is the Current working directory for a plug-in [message #55096]

Hi,

I create a minimal plugin which is just a view, but would like to put a
string on this view.

However, this string is fetched from a property file.

Which directory should I put this file?

Project/
Project/src
Project/package/
....

I have tried several places but they do not work.

Project/
Project/src
Project/package/
....

Maybe ResourceBundle class is not good in this case, right?
