Context menus (right click) on project level (highest level) frequently,
but not always is a menu with blank items. Sometimes the context menu
comes up blank, other times it blanks when the cursor moves over the
menu options, sometimes the menu is collapsed (only wide enough for the
submenu arrows). This only seems to happen in the java perspective,
resource perspective seems to work ok.
I recently upgraded from eclipse 3.0.1 AND from 10.3.8 so I'm not sure
which is the problem - I'm guessing 3.0.2.
