Can someone explain for me the critical differences between Actions and
Commands - Other than Commands are defined as extensions with a handler
and Actions are concrete classes. Most of the information I've been
reading suggests Actions are deprecated for 3.3 (give or take...) and I
should use Commands instead. Is this the case? And if it is - why?
