Best to ask on the Mylyn-Mantis forums at source forge. With that said,
I'm one of the maintainers of the connector.
It shouldn't matter which version of the connector you choose in the
Advanced settings, however it does matter in the Template. If you are
trying to connect to a Mantis Bug Tracker that is using 1.1.x or
greater, you need to tuse the template 1.1.0 template as it will setup
the url correctly.
You will also need your user name and password, annoymous access isn't
allowed.
