Welcome to Gorkem Ercan as a new Committer on the WTP Project. Gorkem has
been contributing to the J2EE Standard Tools project and helping set up our
initial build structure. We look forward to more of his excellent
contributions in the future.

The WTP Project is a meritocracy and Gorkem has demonstrated the qualities
we admire: a commitment to quality, a commitment to testing, a commitment to
documentation, and a commitment to delivery. Gorkem was invited to become a
Committer by Naci Dai, and was approved by a vote of the existing WTP
Committers.

Welcome, Gorkem!
