This is the message at http://eclipse.org/downloads/index.php The Eclipse
download page for QNX.

1) Download the IBM J9 VM for QNX. There is a link for this on the Java
Runtime page linked from the drop index page. (Currently the standard
Photon VMs do not support Eclipse).

I do not understand what this instruction is referring to. Could someone
please give me the url of the site where I can get IBM J9 VM for QNX?

Thank you.

There is a link on the download page (once you selected the version you
need) just after the announcement:
Eclipse does not include a Java runtime environment (JRE)
