I did manage to find this list covering Eclipse 2.0, but its in a horrible
format:

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/~checkout~/platform -ui-home/accessibility/keys.html

There is also this eclipse 2.1 plugin that gives an in-IDE view of all the
bindings. I've not used it myself though:

http://www.fatborn.org/eclipse/plugins/bindings/

As for your PDF, I'd like to look at it but seem to have trouble
converting it to a proper PDF (I'm currently stuck with the web-based mail
reader!), do you have it available as a download somewhere?
