My company is looking into Eclipse as part of our DevOps program, one question we need answered is related to the application packaging. My question is does Eclipse support MSIX virtual packaging?

Virtual packaging is a way to publish applications to users without physically installing the application on the desktop. Essentially they launch what looks like a local application shortcut however the application runs on a remote application server.
