Hello all,
Please have pity on me!

I am very excessive in my desire for all the flexibility I can get. I use quite a few languages and hate having to switch between IDEs.

What I would love is to have the IDE be able to support all languages and tools. I think that at installation time Oomph could present the standard options and ask if there were any other options wanted from the list of all available options. That way if a person wanted to install Ada, Cobal, Fortran, and the Parallel stuff into the JAVA or the PHP IDE they could.

Be careful what you ask for...

If you switch to advanced mode, you can install the "Eclipse Eierlegende Wollmilchsau" which is basically everything.

Help -> Install New Software can install all the things you want into one IDE.

And you can add p2 director tasks to your user.setup to always install additional extra things:
