Hello community,

We use Eclipse with the SAP ADT extension on several Citrix servers.

Unfortunately, we have the problem that logging in to the servers takes a long time because the .Eclipse folder has to be copied.

Is there a way to move the .Eclipse folder from the C:User folder to a network drive?

With the workspace I have this through the entry
-Dosgi.instance.area.default=H:\eclipse-workspace
stored in Eclipse.ini.

Thanks for the help

I'm note sure how to influence that. Maybe one of these helps:

https://help.eclipse.org/latest/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Freference%2Fmisc%2Fruntime-options.html&anchor=locations

Generally that folder ends up in the user.home which depends on environment variables...
