When I try installing eclipse: [2021-07-12 08:47:08] ERROR: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.metadata.repository code=1000 No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/oomph/updates/milestone/latest.

Sometimes the server is overloaded and fails. Typically trying again a short while later will then work.
