No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.emf.edit.ui,2.20.0.v20210506-1232

Running on Windows 10, default install location. with Admin privileges.

Sometimes that happens because there repository information is inconsistently loaded, i.e., a newer metadata repository information with older artifact repository information. Sometimes simply restarting will fix the problem. Using Window -> Preferences -> Oomph -> Bundle Pools -> Clear Cache... should clear the caches and also solve the problem.
