Hello I am using JGit in a project I have a commit which contains 2 files in it. I then create a second clone into another directory without doing a checkout and I set the start point to an older commit that only contains 1 file. When I call checkout there are 2 files in the second directory when there should only be 1 file. I am just wondering what I am doing wrong, so any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Robert
