[IMP] Switching license from Apache License 2.0 to EPL. [message #2915]

Hi all,

As you might be aware, SWTBot would soon be moving to eclipse.org. As
part of the legal requirement, it is required that the license for
SWTBot be changed from Apache License 2.0 to EPL.

I may soon be getting in touch with individuals who have contributed
code/documentation to SWTBot asking for consent. (The individual
contributions to SWTBot are copyright by the authors who wrote them)

If you have any concerns around this, please feel free to write back,
either publicly on the forums or over private email to me
[KetanPadegaonkar -a-t- gmail -d-o-t- com] I would do my best to answer
them.
