Code formatter adds multiple blank lines in -[[ ]] blocks [message #1817767]

I just started using LDT, mainly to format Lua code. Unfortunately, the formatter adds blank lines inside --[[ ]] comment blocks.

Worse yet, it adds a new blank line every time you reformat.

I have verified this happens when the line ending are CR/LF and not when they are LF, so it seems to be a bug.

I need mine to be CR/LF, so it is a big problem.
