Hello,
I'm trying to install RCPTT on my Eclipse(Neon) and this is on my parallels (WIN 10). I tried these 2 but nothing worked. Any help is appreciated. I have been trying to fix this for 2 days now.

1. Install RCPTT 2.1 from Eclipse Marketplace and when I click install I get this error.

ERROR
---------
Unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/rcptt/release/2.1.0/repository/content.xml.xz.
Truncated chunk ( expected size: 15468; actual size: 4055).

2. Tried to Install as P2 using this repo ( https://download.eclipse.org/rcptt/release/2.1.0/repository/)

It installs all the plugins except for RCPTT CORE & RCPTT IDE.

ERROR

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
