Hi,

I need to get rid of the Feature Verification warning dialog that pops up
during update for signed (untrusted?) features, that says this:

Feature Verification
- You are about to install a signed feature
:
- The certificates used to authenticate this feature are not recognised
- The provider of this feature cannot be verified
:

I'm experimenting using a self-signed certificate (chain length of 2, had
to go through some hoops due to
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=258802) but I'm seeing the
dialog as described above which I need to get rid of as it's a B2C RCP app
and this will likely scare my users.

** So, if I purchase a code signing certificate will this be enough to
kill this dialog? Or will it just be replaced by something else?!

I'm thinking of getting a COMODO code signing certificate as Tucows are
reselling them for only $75pa (thanks to StackOveflow!
 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/155241/cheapest-java-code -signing-certificate-not-self-signed).
If anyone has experience of using them would love to hear about it too!

Thanks,
Justin
