Howto enable take-screenshot when running via maven [message #1793437]

As described elsewhere I enable trace and take-screenshot when running my test via the RCPTT GUI.

When I run the same test via maven no trace output nor screenshots are shown in the generated HTML.

Can I force this by setting some properties (which one) in the pom.xml?
