I wonder if there is an API to locate the dropins folder of the current
Eclipse instance programmatically. At the moment I use
Platform.getInstallLocation().getURL().getFile() + "dropins", but I do
realize that's an ugly hack, to say the least. How do I do this "the
right way"?
