IAnnotationPresentation image is clipped [message #332038]

I have a 16x16 pixel image I am using for my IAnnotationPresentation . This
seems to get clipped by ~1 pixel on the left and rigt, so I would like to
expand the margin region a bit rather than cropping the image. How would I
accomplish expanding the marging of the edtor in this case an
AbstractTextEditor?
