Hi All,
I want to create main toolbar item dynamically to my plugin. I have searched in google but i am unable to get it.
index.php/fa/29386/0/

I have attached the sample code. It is working for menubar action. I can able to add menubar action but i am unable to add toolbar action

Please guide me to do the same.
