Two config.ini being generated [message #331796] Mon, 22 September 2008 14:35 Go to next message

Hi,

I am building my product with the pde build.

My problem is that the build is generating two config.ini files. One in the
root of the build (where is located the .exe) and another inside the
configuration dir.

Using the options inside the .product file, I can change how the one inside
the configuration dir appears. But I cannot control the behaviour of the
creation of the one located in the application root. And it's being created
with bad properties.

Someone has a hint about this issue?

Thanks!

Marcelo

The only possible explanation that I can think of is that your product
includes a feature that is contributing a config.ini file as a rootfile
( http://help.eclipse.org/ganymede/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclips e.pde.doc.user/tasks/pde_rootfiles.htm).
