how to avoid the connection line not to cross another connection or over the node

Hi.

There are several complementary options:
* the Arrange All action available in the tabbar (when the selection is the diagram's background) will in general reduce the number of edges crossing;
* you can try different routing styles for your edges (configurable either from the tabbar or in the "Appearance" section of the properties view);
* finally for the unavoidable edge crossings, you can enable so-called "Jump Links" (also from the "Appearance" section of the properties view) to make them more visible.
