how to change plugin.xml resource bundle lookup order [message #330327]

Eclipse User

I have three properties files for my plugin.xml

plugin.properties (written by developers)
plugin_en.properties (plugin.properties corrected by proofreader)
plugin_pl.properties (written by translator)

I wish my RCP app to lookup them in sequence pl -> en -> def

how can I do this ? look like there is no way to override/set
ResourceBundle.Control used by eclipse to load plugin.xml properties.
